Heartlore and More may offer:

• Energy healing sessions

• 1:1 sessions

• Workshops and gatherings

• Storytelling and creative play experiences

• Foraging walks and nature-based activities

• Books, oracle cards, and related products

• Educational, spiritual, and wellbeing-related content

All services, workshops, events, and bookings are arranged online unless otherwise stated.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may require either:

• a non-refundable deposit,

• or full payment in advance.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Heartlore and More reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

3. Deposits, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Group Gatherings, Workshops & Events

Deposits for workshops, gatherings, events, group sessions, and similar experiences are non-refundable.

If a participant cancels attendance, deposits and payments may not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

1:1 Sessions

For private 1:1 sessions:

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

• Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of payment.

Foraging Walks

Heartlore and More reserves the right to reschedule foraging walks due to:

• unsafe or poor weather conditions,

• insufficient group numbers,

• or circumstances outside reasonable control.

A minimum of 5 participants may be required for a walk to proceed.

If a foraging walk cannot take place, participants may be offered up to 2 alternative dates.

If no suitable date can be arranged after 2 rescheduled attempts, payment may be refunded.

4. Late Arrivals

​

1:1 Sessions

If a participant arrives more than 20 minutes late to a private 1:1 session, the session may be cancelled without refund.

Workshops, Gatherings, Events & Group Activities

Workshops, foraging walks, gatherings, and group events will begin at the scheduled time.

Late participants may join when possible, but lost time will not be compensated or refunded.

​

5. No Guarantee of Results

Heartlore and More does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, emotional experiences, personal transformations, healing results, or life changes from participation in services, workshops, sessions, or activities.

Each individual experience is unique.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.

6. Wellness & Spiritual Disclaimer

Services offered by Heartlore and More are intended for personal growth, relaxation, education, creativity, wellbeing, and spiritual exploration only.

They are not a substitute for professional:

• medical advice,

• psychological care,

• psychiatric treatment,

• diagnosis,

• legal advice,

• financial advice,

• or emergency services.

Heartlore and More does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

If you have medical or psychological concerns, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

Participation in any service or activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Outdoor Activities & Personal Responsibility

Participation in foraging walks and outdoor activities is undertaken at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for:

• wearing appropriate clothing and footwear,

• informing Heartlore and More of any relevant allergies or medical conditions,

• using personal judgment during outdoor activities.

Heartlore and More is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, accidents, losses, or damages arising from participation unless required by law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• writings,

• workshop materials,

• photographs,

• artwork,

• graphics,

• branding,

• logos,

• videos,

• audio,

Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, choices, interpretations, and actions before, during, and after participation in any service, workshop, session, event, or activity offered by Heartlore and More.

11. Photography & Media

During workshops, gatherings, events, or outdoor activities, photographs or video recordings may occasionally be taken for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or media content should inform Heartlore and More in advance.

12. Force Majeure

Heartlore and More shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• severe weather conditions,

• illness,

• natural events,

• technical failures,

• travel disruptions,

• government restrictions,

• emergencies,

• or other force majeure events.
